  5. Pick your Wises (and clear them with the GM).
  6. Determine your starting Nature.
  7. Determine your starting Circles.
  8. Choose your starting equipment.
  9. Roll your spells if you have any.
  10. Write a belief and instinct (and clear them with the GM).
  11. You are level 1. Write the level 1 perk for your class.
  12. You have 0 resources.
  13. You have 3 might.
  14. You have 0 fate and persona points.
  15. Pick a name.
  16. Describe your raiment.
  17. Pick an age.
  18. Take the fresh condition.

You have finished making your character, now get out there and find some treasure!
